Dodge Garage BOV mod

so the time has come that my stock bov will not hold enough boost anymore. And I do not want to replace it.

I see 2 options.

1.) crush it.

2.) add the port like the guy at the Dodge Garage does. http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_bov_mod.html

what are your thoughts on this??

As we don't/can't vent our bov, maybe we don't need the fast release and could just drill the hole and plug the one inside??

any ideas/experiences??

The boost pressure should hold the valve closed. How do you know it is leaking?

Part throttle can be many different bst levels. Bypass valve leaking is not throttle related. It is boost pressure/vacuum related. At what boost does it leak?

sputtering, i can hear boost leak and it dont do it with my buddy's bov on it

Ummmmmmm.... Your reviving a super old thread. The thread is about modifying a 1g BOV to hold more boost. Did you maybe post in the wrong thread?
