I was finally able to take my 1995 FWD Hyundai Accent, with a hybrid 2G motor / EVO 9 head and automatic transmission to the dyno. Results were impressive, the project made 588HP and 448 torque. This was accomplished with an EVO 8 computer, pte 6765 turbo and E85 fuel.

That's sweet, and funny thing is every company is basically reversing the head were all old Hondas, 4g63, everyone it's switching to intake in the front and exhaust in the rear for quicker cat light off and emissions reasons. That looks like s bit of and undertaking.

No that's the tranny cooler Honda radiator with fan in trunk for heat exchanger I am not computer savy but my dyno pull is on Wayne speed Facebook page would appreciate if someone post it for me.

Thank you it took me five years to get here. I have my 2150 injectors and later this week will order the BAP. Another trip to the DYNO to fine tune intake cam and ignition timing before I turn up the boost to see what this bad boy can do. I also am running different size valves. Each cylinder has two standard size valves and two over size valves this creates a swirling action in the combustion chamber which promote more power.

Today I am planning on using the dip stick to vent my crankcase. My plan is to remove the original dip stick and make some soles along its entire length. Then enclose it in a piece of metal tubing with 10AN fitting two inches form the top. The dip stick will still be able to read the oil level. Any crank case gases would be able to exit through the holes in the dip stick tube to catch can, via 10AN fitting in outer tubing. What do you guys think about this idea.

Interesting idea but I think you're going to blow all your oil out your dipstick vent. Anyone with an old dip stick on a DSM can tell you how thoroughly their hood gets coated with oil when it pops out, new engine or old. It might work if you use a big enough diameter pipe around the dip stick but you're probably better off finding or making a port further up on the crank case and baffling it internally.

Ordered my BAP today should be here Tuesday I am very excited for finally my dream of owning a 700HP car migh become a reality.

I finally have some time for my car again as the summer is over and my job is back to normal hours. I have an appointment for dyno tune at TMW located at Ocean Side NY on Thursday. Today I install my 2150 injectors and BAP, reserved trailer, change plugs and check all fluids. Thursday night should have New dyno numbers.

Not a lot, physically the heads are the same with the exhaust and intake ports flipped 180 degrees. You need complete head with valve cover, fuel rail with regulator, cams, and intake manifold. Exhaust manifold from DSM fits EVO. The differences are the oil return holes. Some of them have to be block off. With the 1g you will have to alters the evo cam to fit the original 1g CAS and drill the bolt holes for the bigger head studs. With the 2g you just have to change cam sensor plug. I recommend using kiggly HLA to reduce the amount of oil going to the head. Cam gear and timing belt are similar I had no problem lining up the timing marks.

I like to be different. The weight of the Hyundai made it a perfect candidate and I love how the car looks.

Today was not a happy day, fuel pressure was falling as car came on boost. I think it's time for a new pump. This is the third time I made a trip to the dyno and fuel issues occurred. Two fuel lab pumps and Walbro 450 e85 pump failed. I am disappointed for I was hoping for that elusive 800hhp. What pump are the 800hp cars running on e85 I want to take care of these fuel gremlins asap these dyno trips are taking a toll on my wallet.
