miss fire maby?????

so i was driving last night and the car started to buck a lil kind of like a mis fire but it made the car kid of jump but the rpms didn't jump, it also did it this morning but i step on it and rode on it hard for a min. and it went away, i dont know what it is could be,could it be time for a tune up or could it be something else

1. Plugs
2. Wires
3. Boost Leak
4. o2 Sensor
5. Fuel Pressure
6. Coil Pack
