random miss fire code

I am getting a random miss fire code and it is causing my car to run like sh*t.
I thought that it was many different problems like a boost leak or bad plugs or plug wires, but thats not the case. I did a boost leak test at the turbo and the tb and I replaced the plugs and wires and I am still have the problem.
It kinda went away when I pulled the negative on the battery for a wile and It is starting to come back. the problem getts worse when you start to add boost to the situation and the boost will jump around along with the tach. So what the heck could it be HELP! I have to have it in tip top shape by tomarrow so that I can go to my Great grandmas 95th B-day
so please help I will try every thing you guys suggest untill it gets fixed.

I see you have a 6-bolt so I'm assuming you're using the 1g or 97-99 CAS, correct? This is a fairly common problem and the only ways I know to get rid of it are the Magnus method found here:

The other method is to get DSMlink and disable the ECU from checking for misfires.

Ok I went and did the magnus method my car runs now but I haven't driven it no more than 3 miles so the computer hasn't restet yet. I was wounder what do I do with the remaining spot to put a wire on that ponteniometer is that for a ground or do I just leave it well enough alone? And do you think that now that the ecu is not looking for a missfire it will stop trying to ajust for it and the car won't stumble any more and then aventually run like shit till I reset the ECU. I am so counfused at this point I have replaced my fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, boost leak tested (no leaks), and I still haven't figuerd it out. So hope fully this fixes it and if it does THANK YOU
