2G MFI Relay and Fuel Pump relay not getting signal

Its a 1996 gsx, with the factory ecu, but I just finished getting my car back together finally, and went to go start the car, and everything is functioning fine except the fuel pump not coming on, I checked both the mfi and Fuel Pump relay out of the car, and they both switch over as they should, so I know the relays themselves work, however for some reason when they are in the car, they aren't getting the signal to switch over... So my question is, what can cause this issue? I'm sure being electrical the possibilities are endless, but Looking for any advice, or if someone else has had this issue before, any help would be greatly appreciated!

The fuel pump is rewired?

Check out all of Steve's posts. He talks about checking power at the ecu pins for the fuel pump system.

Nope, factory fuel system still, stock pump and injectors!

Maybe loose connections at the ecu pins for mpfi system.

I've had a problem with the relays not working due to a faulty ECU. I even have a thread on what ecmlink found when they received my ECU. Start there then obviously go to the wiring.

Check cam/crank sensor(s) and ECU.

so I think that could possibly be my issue as well, anyway you could tell me which connector is supposed to be plugged into the brake fluid one and vise versa? I had the entire harness removed from the engine bay and when I reinstalled it I suppose I could have switched them, have any pictures on which exact connector goes where? Thanks

@JoshMc - On a 1995 the relay received power from a thicker white / black stripe wire. Test that pin to make sure that's receiving power. It's from IGN 1 which some people hack into for remote starters.
Also check the wire at the MFI relay that comes from the fuse box (it's a thicker red one - can't remember the color of the stripe).

relay can look and sound like they are good but have to actually test them with a multi-meter to verify. I have seen many relay be bad that look and feel like they are good
