Where is the fuel pump relay in my car?

i have a 90 TSI.

Right, and the 2g MAF is just making it worse. So checking out the fuel pump and stuff will help, but ultimately something has to be done about the MAF. I'll bet you could find a 1g MAF for next to nothing. I bet you could get one for free if you sent them your 2g MAF as compensation.

id rather just upgrade injectors and keep the 2g maf since il be putting a walboro in and that regulator you gave me

Upgrading the injectors to 550cc would require some way to tune it some. If it were me I would just put a known working 1g MAF and see if that helps. If the MAF really is the only issue and replacing it gets the car working correctly then you can start upgrading performance parts. Start with the easy stuff.
