Just installed a Snow Performance 2.5 qt reservoir today on my 90 Tsi. I had already removed the factory washer fluid reservoir some time ago for weight reduction and realized the hole is perfect for the Meth Reservoir. All you need to do is stick the reservoir neck thru the hole, put the cap on to hold it in place, mark and drill the holes for mounting the reservoir, and there is just enough room for the pump in front of the tank when you are done.

To mount the pump you will need to drill 2 -3 additional holes (there are already several holes drilled from the factory in the area that you can also use) to mount the pump with small nuts and bolts.

This is a very clean setup and goes unnoticed if you are not looking for it.

Nice, very stealthy.

I'm lazy and hung mine off the radiator fans supports so it's easy to fill up and keep track of, aside from gravity feeding.

Well this is pretty much a track only car so I took the splash guards out. You can see the fluid level easily from inside the fender well. It will be a little irritating having to use a funnel to fill it up though.

Yeah I may look at doing that in the future. I probably dont put but around 500-1000 miles a year on the car so it wont be any problem for me to keep a check on the fluid. Thanks for the idea though. As far as the washer fluid tank, I thought about using it, but I thought it would be neet to do a little something different.

Not bad Fit's pretty good... .

But would have been easier an make more sense to just use the wiper reservoir since it's already there (yours wasn't obviously) and more sleeper also like said before would be easier to fill...

Anyone know how much difference there is size wise between the Stock wiper res. and this one? Or I guess just how big the stock reservoir is? LOL
