manifold bolts into turbo

my 4 bolts that hold the turbo to the exhaust manifold keep coming loose i have used locktite and put a ton of torque on them any suggestions?

Lock washers on the bolts will hold them in place.

Yep lock washers would work, and maybe a helicoil if the threads are not mating anymore.

Order the OEM conical washers. When used properly, they apply spring tension to the bolt to keep it from coming loose.

i have lock washers on 2 of them and what ever washer came on it on the other 2 and they still become loose

Yeah, the conical washers, aka Belleville washers, are just what the doctor ordered to solve your issue.
