I have now tried the 1G and the 2g and neither of them fit with my turbo. What bolt am i supposed to get and which ones fit my o2 housing too?

I have an e3b16g and the stock manifold. I have the washers but the bolts dont begin to thread.

With the turbo in your hands (not trying to install) can you thread the bolt in? Forget about the manifold and all that, can you just simply screw the bolt into the turbo housing? That way we can see if the thread pitch/size are the same.

What bolts did you use in the first place? Are they the same as the new bolts?

Maybe someone before you stripped out the threads in the housing and tapped the next size up or something like that.

3/8 fine thread but im just not sure where to get the correct length bolts now.
I would take the old bolts with you to your local fastener store and have them get you what you need. Not home depot or something like that, but an actual fastener store that is local. Look in the yellow pages for fastener stores.

Make sure you get a least a grade-8 bolt strength.
And when you install them I would use a little bit of high temp anti-seize on the threads.
