Turbo to manifold temporary bolts

During a turbo swap, the turbo to manifold bolts stripped and I need to get the car up and running asap. I really need it up before the weekend, so I need a temporary replacement until I can get some OEM bolts in the mail or locally. Is there any place where I can get some to replace the stripped ones for about a week?

Bring your old bolts to Home Depot or Lowes and match the pitch to ones they have, should be metric.
