So I am finally making a large purchase on a lot of parts, just want to see if you guys think there is anything else I can add without touching the turbo(thats next year) and without touching the engine internals too much. My 5th gear and reverse just went out on me so I figured I might as well do some major work.
Lets start off with what I have so far:
1999 GSX 75000 miles
HKS SSBV (Recirculated)
VR SPEED Intercooler(not installed)
Injen Intake
CatBack
MagnaCore 8.5
Fresh NGKBP6RES
What I purchased
DriveTrain:
Maintenence:
MPerformance & Accessories:
I realize the limitations of the stock turbo but I want to wait until next year to jump into that ball game. Let me here some opinions and ideas.
Thanks

. Everything sound good.
. The taller 5th is nice, drops the RPMS down about 500 or so and helps save a little gas
. If you need 5th for racing, you're too slow
but it'll work just the same if you are a little higher in rpms on 4th when you up shift. The double syncro gears are so nice. That was a big difference to me.
