i have 1 question.. how to check oil clearance with plastic gauge.. 1-5 main bearing..
Are the main bearing oil clearance between 1 and 5. If among the five oil clearance is not the same. What should be done, whether the need to reduce main bearing cap bolt torque ...

Main bearing clearance should be around .002 and same for rod bearings, you do not mess with torque specs

MAN get a manual and do some reading.

i see manual spec... and i torque all bolt to spec torque.. i see the plastic gauge at main bearing 1,3,4 same oil clearance and 2,5 not same with 1,3,4.. what should i do.

0.003 for 1,3,4 and 0.001 for 2,5

How are you laying your plastic gauge and you should have no oil residue on the one you are checking, it should be clean on both halves.

Of course no oil in back of bearing.

DO each one separate.
