ok, so I recently replaced my t-25 with a Big 16g. First off, a few things I wasnt ready for is the turbo lag and the fuel cut. As far as the turbo lag, I am preparing for solutions and I am not going to get on that topic on that here as there are pleanty of other posts talking about it. But second, that dreaded Fuel Cut. I am pretty sure that is what it is as many have discribed it as "hitting a brick wall". So I am starting to do some research for a solution. I understand DSMLink is ideal, but for now it is out of my range. Second is a GM MAF and Maf Translator. I am on a site now, and it states that people usually have problems with the factory MAF sensor at about 400hp. Is that true? I can gaurentee I am not anywhere near 400 or even 300 for that matter. I havent done a boost leak test yet but I am planning to this weekend. I am however noticing I am capable of more than 20psi. (not what I have it set to now). With supporting mods I would like to be able to take advantage of the possible boost, but I first need to decide what the next mod would be because like most of us on here, this is a step by step process. Any help and answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks DSMTuners.com for this awsome site!
update: here is the site that claims 400 with a stock MAF sensor
