MAF or SD with ECMLink v3??

So I know this has been debated a ton on this website, and I've read a ton of posts. But just food for thought. SD seems to be a little more involved and more time consuming to tune in just right. So the alternative to this is for me to upgrade my MAF to an EVO8 lets say, which should be easier for a newbie first time tunner like me. Would all agree?
