hks powerflo MAF or evo 8 MAF..which one flows better

Just wondering which one flows better

I can get both of them for the same price but the hks one comes with a mushroom filter, and a vr4 aircan

Unless my head is buried in the sand, the HKS unit is ONLY a FILTER. That filter would attach to your stock 1G air meter and replace your can. I had one on my old GVR4. You will still be limited by the amount of airflow the stock MAF can handle (~19psi on stock turbo). I'd highly suggest you get the EVO maf and a chip (unless you already have some way to change your airflow settings for a different MAF).

Wack this guy told me it had a MAF could he of just put his in it? (Stock 1g maf)

How much WHP are you making? Don't be concerned with the restriction of a MAF, be concerned with how accurate it is at high load levels.

And the "HKS Powerflow" is an air filter.. 30 seconds on Google could have told you that.

I'm actually just about to pull the 3G MAF and harness off my GVR4 if you're interested. If you have full V3 link I'd just eliminate the MAF all together and run the car in speed density mode (why I will shortly have my 3G/Evo setup for sale). If you stick with the MAF I'll have a whole setup for you pretty much whenever you want it.
