allright whats up everyone. i got a 1991 elcipse gsx this is my 3rd dsm started with a 92 eclipse 1.8 then 90 laser turbo fwd. i think i built the laser allright but i wanted a awd. i sold that and picked up the new eclipse and the guy who had it before me timed it wrong and the valves hit. so i put a new head with a 3angle valve job on and now it wont start. while i was at it i started the 16g turbo upgrade with 550 injectors 255 walboro and was in the process of getting my front mount piping made for the evo 3 front mount i got. im almost positive i did everything right. but the compression is starting at cylinder 1 25 25 25 50. this test was done in the cold temperatures but i cant warm up the motor when it wont start so idk what to do. i know the basics of the valves or seals or rings being bad but i was hoping in this case i did something wrong because i dont want to replace the pistons and rings. so leme know anythign you can think of that i could have done wrong most of the mods done are on my profile if you need to know that stuff. thanks alot for your time.

I'm not the expert, but I have some ideas.
Try a wet test (capfull of oil in each cylinder) and see how that affects the compression numbers. Also, you could search a bit on leak down testing. That'll tell you what's leaking (valves, rings, HG). Also, if the motor isn't timed correctly, that affects compression, so you might want to double-check your cam timing.
Did the cylinder walls and piston crowns look okay when you had the head off?

Timing belt ok? I had the exact same numbers, but in reverse. Leak down showed 8 valves cooked. Intake side on 1, exhaust side on 2-4.

yeah the timing is perfect i checked it 4 times i thought the same thing and im pretty sure its the valve i need to get a new head for it i just put that one on but i guess i got jewed because the valve are bent.

everything looks really good n like i said the timing all lines up perfectlyi never thought id get them that close i did the cap full today and the compression didnt go up so its probably the valves.
