I have a 1990 Eclipse GSX got in a trade the guy said he put a new head gasket in and it's h11 Headstuds said it ran find immediately after were were installed and he drove in about 2 miles to get gas turn the car off and when he restarted the car it would not start he took it home on a trailer and a compression check and they were all reading about 35 psi and then I receive the car and a compression check and found head studs were under torqued so i retorqued them psi went up to 50. I put oil in spark plug hole and the compression did not go up in any cylinder and the timing marks appear to be right on. Head was fully rebuilt by a reputable machine shop has bc 280/280 cams? What could problem be?

I checked and the timing is correct. Balance shafts are removed but even oil pump marking is lined up... the valves were checked and head was checked at machine shop when valve seals were done.

Numbers are really low man, just to make sure you performed the compression test with wide open throttle while cranking ? and all spark plugs removed at the same time as well ?

Headgasket job recently, sounds like was not done right. But compression and leakdown should narrow it down since you have checked timing etc.

Yes. Wot. All plugs out. Obviously it was cold because it wont run unless its push started

Well I decided to just pull head off to inspect and have valves checked. I disconected everything 100% for sure have h 11 headstuds. Took off nuts and head will not budge off block. I even hooked hoist up to head and lifted it just picked up the whole car ! I tried to unscrew using 3/16 allen socket and broke 3 of them trying to remove the studs? Now what
