Loud noise coming from my right tire

Okay I was coming off the highway from a right turn and I heard a loud noise coming from my right tire almost like it was partially flat I had heard heard anything like it and my tire has pressure. I don't think it is the cv axle the boots aren't broken could it be the wheel bearing??

It it's a wheel bearing then you would hear it when a load is put on it. So you would hear the right side if you were making a left hand turn.

Do you have aftermarket sized wheels and tires, if you do, are the scraping the plastic splash guards?

Or even the control arms ^...

My thought would be a bearing, but as stated, you'd hear it under load. Do you have any weird vibration while driving? Or rough ride?

yeah load the car left to right and if the noise changes pitch its most likely your wheel bearing

Yes I do have aftermarket wheels. I have only heard this twice and both times were this week. And I was on the highway going straight the first time I believe. I will check sthe splash guards then?

This may sound dumb but I almost changed someones tire in a parking lot until I saw they had a glob of tar stuck to the tire. It was a couple college chicks sneaky in their Accord and they were absolutely helpless sitting there figuring out how to use the factory jack. They said the tire was making a hell of a racket driving... Anyway -first clue was that the tire wasn't actually flat .

It was only for a few seconds then it went away.
