Loud clunking on starting and idling

I just got done doing a motor swap and re did my timing and now the engine makes a kinda clunking noise that sounds like nothing I've heard before I'll give more explanation if needed. I can't tell where it's coming from

The plate between the engine and the torque converter was loose as shit and rattling around
