Losing Reverse

So here is the issue... I have a 98 eclipse N/T automatic and i seem to be losing reverse... The car will go into reverse but wont go... Sometimes if I am on really flat smooth pavement it will creep backwards very slowly... I am not sure what i need to do or what all could be wrong with it...

Check your fluid, and it's a Chrysler Trans so only put atf+4

And when you check it do it with the Trans hot and in neutral after running through all the gears.
