Location of bolts 4G63

Dear Guys,

My name is Peter,I live in Holland and I am rebuilding my 4G63 engine (Lancer Evo III). I have problems to find out what bolts belong where in my engine.I am now working on the front case with the waterpump,oilpump and the balanceshafts.The problem is,that another guy stripped my engine and he did not store all bolts and rings properly.He just threw all bolt,nuts and rings in one box and now it is up to me to sort it out. ....The guy is working in another country for a few months,and I have to get my engine finished

For now I have a specific question about the bolt for the balanceshaftsprocket.Should I use the grade 10 bolt with a washer?I have one grade 10 bolt with the right length and diameter but I have to be sure it is for that purpose.

Have you tried using CAPS ? CAPS is a tool that can help you identify part numbers for the bolts you need for your whole motor, and i'm not sure if it does this but i believe it might also tell you the bolt sizes as well.

the balance shaft bolts are very spisific there will be only 2 bolts in the whole intire car .the grade 10 are the right ones they are short and fat if i'm not mistakein they are 16 mm

corection on the bolt size they are 12mm
