Little to no clutch pedal feel - even after many replacements

To begin with,

The pedal feel when i first recieved the car was small amount (the clutch actually engagement point) towards the bottome of the floor.

So one day the pedal hit the floor and stayed there.

Simple solution, replaced the slave cylinder and power-bled the clutch. Problem solved, pedal working, still same ol' feel.

One week later, it was rough pushing into gear just sitting there, and when moving, and reverse would start to grind - not to mention whatever was left of the pedal feel was minimized more.

So we take the tranny out, clean it out, replace the TOB and my buddy had an extra ACT clutch 2600 - apparently the same one that was in the car to being with, so we just took the clutch out and just put the new other one in.

Car can shift just fine now ... and for the first day, the pedal feel was amazing, like new. But just one day later ... my pedal feel has been minimized again but shifting is still great.

We are going to adjust the pedal another damn time hoping its just the pedal adjustment, any other suggestions?!?!
 
Master cylinder is fine, wtf is the slave cylinder restrictor ?
As for pedal height and adjustment rod = does nothing.

I still feel like have less than a quarters inch length of pedal feel closest to the floor.

Anyone have any experience with this item ?

Does anyone know if the "1g" extended slave rod cylinder, the solution to my problem ? but will work with the 2g slave cylinder (99 GST)
