Lights flashes, and beeping whenever i open or close doors

I thought my alarm was already disconnected, but suddenly my car have started to blink with interiour lights and parking lights (every second), whenever i unlock the car (with keys, like normal). Theres no alarm sound, but i'm fairly sure the horn is diconnected. There is a clicking sound like the one when you have turn signal on, and also a beep sound (like the light reminder).

Does anyone know what this is indicating?

Edit: I don't think this is the alarm, because i can start the car while it's flashing, and it's only flashing for 15 seconds before it stop.

is this the stock alarm or aftermarket alarm?

If its the stock alarm I just removed the fuse for it.

I think it's stock (any certain way to check this?). I'll try removing the fuse and see what happens. Is it in the "indoor" or "outdoor" fusebox?

The only fuse i could find indicating something about alarm was the one marked "Anti-theft", but disconnecting it didn't do anything.

Does someone have any suggestions?

Everytime the doors are closed, or opened (even when unlocked with keys), the parking lights and dashboard lights blinks, and the dash beeper beeps. Sometimes it just stops for 5 seconds before it continue. It usually stop completely after approx 30 seconds - until a door is opened again.

The weird thing is that this problem occured after i had my car stay unused for some months. Have no idea why.

I belive that the alarm is built into the ECM. you might want to check your door switch and see if they are working and making good contact.

What switch are you thinking on? It happens when any door is opened, including the trunk, so it can't be bad contact in the doors themselves?

Edit: I just tested some more, and i see that there's no light at the ignition switch. When i turned on the blinkers i just heard noises in the center of the dash!?

(the last thing could be because of empty battery?)

I also forgot to mention that theres a clicking sound like the one when turn signal is on, and also a beep sound like the reminder when you open door and forget to turn off your lights - except it's just a short beep every second.

I almost solved the problem. I think it's an aftermarket alarm - or is this light, and switch normal (as far as i can tell, the switch does nothing):

I disconnected the fuses underneith (picture below) - and the flashing stopped! BUT it didn't give up that easy - the light pictured above still blinked, and the relay was also "clicking" - which was pretty annoying.

So i removed the relay also, and the clicking sound stopped, but the light is still blinking. What worries me most is that this light is turned on constantly even after i exit and lock the car...

Can someone confirm that this is not the stock alarm?

I would prefer to disconnect it completely (theft isn't a big problem where i live) - but i'm not sure i want to just unlplug it - could it be plugged into other important stuff?

that is not a factory alarm keypad. to disarm my factory alarm i have to put the key in the trunk. your might be setup the same way.
