Spyder Top Won't Open or Close!

Hey Guys

Got in my 97 GST Spyder the other day and the top wouldn't close. The motor is running and actually sounds normal, but nothing is moving. It seems as if it slipped off a track or something and is unable to move up or down. I flipped the switch in the trunk to manually close it, switched it back on and still am having the problem. Anbody experience this before? Please let me know if you have any suggestions!

The shear pins on the motors have probably snapped. Not a very hard fix

Take a look in our tech articles and you'll see a thread on it. I think it's called "spyder top fix" or something along those lines. I'd link you to it but I'm on my phone
