:idontknow: So my sun roof is off track or something. When I go to open it, it will only tilt open will not slide back. Then when I go to close it the passenger side will close snug, but driver side is slightly open. Too the point I can see through it. Not too sure of how to start.

how do I get to the tracks? Do I need to remove my head liner? :hmm:

I can get pics if needed but don't know how to upload on new layout of website.

I've had to do this before when I replaced my leaky, rusted sunroof, and belive me, it sucks.

If you remove the glass from the rails you should have some room to adjust each rail individually. If this is your original sunroof, and never been touched before, you shouldn't need to tinker with the relay. If you did swap out sunroofs, or glass, there is a chance you need to fiddle with the relay. That requires removal of the headliner.

Removing the glass, and manually operating the rails can be done without removal of the headliner. Good luck!

Ok thanks, yea it's the original sun roof. I'm about to start the removal now. Time for the fun part :thumb:[DOUBLEPOST=1417453222][/DOUBLEPOST]So if been looking at this for 2-3 days and have my buddy over he fixes it in 10 min:beatentodeath: have to love those genius people that just understand how things work.

was it just slipped off the track on one side or something lodged in there?

Sorry for delay put my evoX pump in also.

On the tracts their is a connector with a pin that connects the window rail to the slide, it's about mid way through. The pin popped out of the spot. This will cause the window to tilt and close mostly.

We removed window kept the rail half tilt, slightly pulled rail to side (away from door) and remove that connector. It's the same hex size as the window bolts. Slide plastic pin back in the rail slid back in position and tightened back down. Lobbed up with his MOPAR sun roof lube (he made sure I new it was for MOPAR LOL) You will need same hex key as the window. I can try to get pics of it tomorrow if anyone wants it.
