I’m trying to buy a 95 GSX currently and want to know how bad lifter knock is. And what the different possibilities of it is. (New to DSM). Have a video of the noise if anyone would like to hear pm me.

Post the video here. It would help us determine where the noise is coming from and how bad it is. For now all we know is that there is a noise but no other info.

Hard to pin point by the video, but it sounds like mixed up with exhaust leak. If you haven't bought it yet, if I were you, I would drain oil a bit and check if it contains any sign of spun bearings. Just for the worst case, which is rod knock. and it's actually common. Replacing lash adjusters is not a big deal but spun bearing is.
