Well, Its time for some body work... The plans are to fix the cracked (really bad) hood, Fix the chipped fender, Smooth out the where the idiot before me tried to shave the door handles, Fix the random chips on the side skirts, Fix big crack on rear bumper, Fix Chips on rear bumper under tail lights, Fill in the exhaust cut out in the bumper, Then it will be time for paint :sneaky: I dont know what color im painting it yet so suggestions are welcome, Although it will probably stay white. Maybe 2 tone.

Today's Work,

I grinded out all of the cracks in the carbon fiber hood, I will be fixing these with "kitty hair" fiber glass. Took about 2 hours and made a huge mess, But its for the dsm so its all good :D :talon:

I will keep this updated with progress with this whole project.

I think black would look sick. Black is simple but looks stealthy. Or keep it white like in your pics. If you want something that is different I would go with that deep deep red that you see on the mercedes.

Keep it white but add a pearl. I almost painted my 240sx with a white base and House of Color Lazuli Blue Pearl. That combo looks incredible. I still have the jar of pearl sitting here on my desk.

i have been wanting and trying to get to this step of my project forever but just keep running into more and more little motor/mechanical set backs. oh and i third the white and black combo vote. good luck with the rest of the work

Make sure you put something else over the kitty hair. The kitty hair alone leaves a rough finish and pinholes that you will most likely see through the paint.

i would second the white w/pearl. how is it all comming out.
