Lean idle

When im at idle my wideband reads a pretty steady 17.2 and when my turbo spools up i run rich at about 10.5. Why is this varying so much and how could i fix it?

Also im stillhaving misfires at WOT. But i have no vacuum leak and im only at 14 psi.

Should be. I dont have a check engine light.
