The only gasket is the one that is used when bolting the OFH to the oil pump/front case. Is your oil and water mixing? I have heard that one of the years of the OFH had a weak center section that will collapse the water and oil section together when you screw the filter on too tight. Also, is your arrow pointing to the drip that seems to come from the bolt or right behind the sandwich section?

There is a gasket between the OFH and the front case.
There is an o-ring between the sandwich section the oil filter screws into (ribber circular part) and the oil filter housing.
If you took any of those plugs out, you should put thread/pipe sealant on them before reinstalling.
If you took the center bolt out from the sandwich section, make sure you torqued it to the proper setting with a good bit of blue threadlocker so it doesn't back out.

Just cause the oil is building there doesnt mean its coming from there. It could be coming from higher up and collecting at that spot. Looks like you have some other leaks on oil pan too.

the oil and water are not mixing that i can tell, the leak is coming from the section between the OFH and oil pump (between the silver part and the rusted looking part), is it a gasket or like a rubber o-ring? if i have over tinghtened it, will that break anything?

that leak on the oil pan is completly different leak LOL, i have checked it over and over and the leak at the oil filter is not coming from anywhere else.
