Knobs on the door??

This might have been asked before, i didnt find anything about it yet so....What are these knobs on my door for?? They're circular knobs that stick out of the door close to the in-door speaker...they can pop out a little bit but not even mitsubishi knows what they are for!!! I'll get a pic up if no one knows what im talking about. Thanks for any in sight!

may thats it Defiant, i have automatic windows in it right now (came with it when i bought it). They sure look ugly...:-/ any idea on how much new door panels would cost?
