Here is my counter-weight from Road Race, I love it but as all metal knobs do, it gets very hot/cold

I just ordered a Razo WR. It's a black ball with red stitching weighted. I'll post pics as soon as I get it.

Has anyone tried making a leather cover for the greddy?

I'm personally going with the AMS shift knob, as its counterweighted as well as being leather and screw on.

I just wouldn't deal with burning/freezing my hand everytime I want to shift in extreme weather. that would suck. it would suck way worse than not spending 40 bucks.

My stock leather shift knob is physically worn out. theres no numbers anymore, and you get black leather "shavings" everytime you grab onto it.

SBR has a stainless steel knob that weighs a full pound. I bought it and it is GREAT. The added weight makes it a breeze to get past my 2nd gear grind. I put it on the mail scale at work and it weighed 16.2 oz

If anybody's interested in a cheaper alternative, find a used shifter ball from a 88 conquest.
This is what i have and i love it! This ball is perfect, cause it's not too short, or not too tall and very heavy to boot. I'll try to post a pic later! :laser: :thumb:
