Yes. I have it all for manual swap. But the problem is. I have no transmission and a guy has offered med a KM210 transmission which he says is stronger than the normal one. And i dont know if this Will fit or he is telling me the truth. Please Help with info

I own a Eclipse 1997 gst bone Stock automatic and wants to drive manual.

If I'm not mistaken, the KM210 comes from the 89 colt/mirage GT cars. Strength wouldn't be an issue but the gear ratios are really short in that transmission.

Short gear ratio means you would have to shift sooner and you will be doing more RPM in 5th at cruising speed so your mileage may suffer.

I'm not sure you could use that transmission tho. I'm not familiar with colts or the KM210 but I would believe the transmission would be like a 1g is. Your 2g uses mounts on the transmission rather than the engine block so if it's anything like a 1g DSM tranny you will not have enough transmission/motor mounting points.

I could be 100% wrong , but I'd just suggest looking into it
