Here is a complete mods list

built 6bolt (arias pistons, eagle rods, o-ringed, and bored 40 over)
big 16g ported
2g mani ported
1g head
1g intake mani
1g cams
PTE 680cc injectors
HKS SAFR (-20% at idle, and -25% from 2500 to redline)
255lph HP
Lightwieght flywheel
ACT 2100 clutch
RNR 3" turbo back

I have a high pitch sound, kindy like a belt squeeling noise, but coming from the back of the intake manifold. Kindy near the coil and TB, on both sides (or its coming from the bottom of the intake manifold.) The car also hunts for an idle like 1200-1500rpms, and the car bucks from 2k till boost hits at around 3k then it will pull to redline then if you shift it will buck till boost hits again, then pull till redline.

Also, i was told in the tuning forum to retard my timing. How much should i do so?

TIA
-Josh

You have a vacume leak. Check both of the gaskets on the throttle body. Check all your vacume fittings on the intake making sure all are being used or pluged. There is a big vacume line on the back of the intake for the brake booster also. Are you using the stock 95 throttle body. 90 turbo TBs use a difftent gasket goung to the manifold.

I'm using the 1g TB and gasket. This motor only has 600 miles on it and it just started doing this. Do you think the intake manifold gasket blew out and that is causing the problem?
