not running right

hey i have a 91 tsi with a vr4 motor in it from a galant vr4 and it starts up and idles fine but as soon as i give it gas it engine revs weird like its not getting anyting it you could help me i would be great ful it stumbles tryin to rev out when u get it gas at high rpms it runs fine

Try to be a little more descriptive.. When you say it revs weird, what specificaly, does it sound/feel like?
Does it just not have any power?
Does it stumble trying to rev up?
Does it rev really slow/fast?
... Try to include as much detail as possible. It's difficult to diagnose problems online, let alone when there's no description of such.
Just trying to help you out.
