1G Journal bearing wont come off shaft

Ive tried and tried but its stuck at the last little bit... Also is the shaft supposed to look like that?

Shaft is scored very badly....and judging by where the bearing is stuck I'll assume the shaft is mushroomed in the area of the thrust collar, likely from a thrust failure as noted by the grooves on the backside of the wheel from rubbing the heat shield.

I wouldn't use that shaft again.
