Well last night i was going to play some basketball and it was kinda hard to get it into gear on the way to the place... Soo i thought maybe i had to adjust the master... BTW this master is less than 6 month old... Well i turn it a turn or two to the right and jump in the car and still cant get it into gear... It was kind of sticky. So i adjust more and jump in and push the pedal to the ground and i heard a little poof sound and my pedal slams to the floor. It was 11 o clock and i had no way to do anything. Soo i have a spare master at the house. It was my old one. Im pretty sure thats what it was but i would like another say in the situation. I reached down and push the slave away to see if i didnt snap my clutch fork and it seemed solid and right in the middle... I think this might have been adjusted pass the point where it bleeds off.

Replace your master cylinder and re-adjust it. Be sure that you don't over extend your pressure plate in the process due to overadjustment of the master cylinder rod.

Ya i hope it is it and i have to call the place and make sure they dont tow my stuff. Thanks man.. Thats what i thought it was... sucks i have to do it in a parking lot LOL...Dsm's are more kinky then me LOL...

I have had to do this before; both with my DSM and my Mazda RX-7 -- it sucks -- especially on the DSM. Hell, I have also rebuilt the master cylinder with it on the car, laying under the dash in the parking lot.

It is a fairly tight spot to remove the master cylinder, so be prepared tool-wise. Otherwise, purchase a master cylinder rebuild kit, which will come with a new piston, o-rings, spring, snapring retainer, rod and rubber boot. Then, you can do it in the car if necessary -- but it is TIGHT.

Don't forget a good flashlight.

Ya good thing i found my reciept. I changed this master in august so it is still inder warrantee... Im picking it up today and changing it out in the leasing office parking lot LOL.... I went to tell the manager that it was going to be another day and they said everyone was talking about the eclipse that was out front LOL...
