Is this [IC pipe kit] a good buy?

You don't want that kit. For one thing you would never be able to recurculate back in the intake. The other reason being that looks like a piping for a blo-thru setup. Check out www.roadraceengineering.com

Also does not look mendral bent. See the folds in the pipe. I would want smooth bends.

This is a hard piping kit for the stock SMIC.

Why would you say you would never be able to recirculate? If you put a different flange on there then you can run whatever BOV you want.

Why do you say it looks like a setup for blow through? Because you say it doesn't recirculate?

The seller feedback is good, but you still don't know fitment until you buy it and try it out. Piping is just piping.

I did see this feedback from a past auction for this kit though:
"Ordered IC pipe kit. Lower IC pipes had wrong flange and size. But was cheap."

The bends in the piping are not so bad that the inside diameter is reduced considerably anyway as would happen with crush-bent

What do you mean by a blo through set up?

blow through setup as in relocating the maf (GM style) after the bov so he can properly vent to the atmosphere

I would not order this kit!

I'm the one who left the feedback. The only reason I left a positive feedback is I didn't want a negitive feedback from him. He has alot of mutual withdrawls.

The lower pipe is a 3 bolt flange with 2 1/4" inlet on 2" pipe, and a 2 3/8" pipe. No couplings.
This doesn't fit stock turbo.

When I contacted the seller he said I should have read the Auction Policy- "All items come AS SHOWN in the auction. Dont bid if it is not exactly what you need." And they provide no technical support. How are you suppose to know what size pipes are from a picture?

There is rust on insides of pipe and welds are crappy.

The BOV gasket was to big and had to be shaved for it to close.

The upper pipe looks like it could possibly fit, I haven't installed it.

I feel ripped off and would never buy something from this seller.


There is Greddy IC pipe copy on ebay for about the same price that I heard was good.

Well the problem is that these sellers aren't actually the ones making the kit, they are purchasing it from someone else. So they likely have little/no knowledge of the product they are selling

I would contact seller to get pipe and flange sizes before you buy.

I have this kit and it works great.
The welds are crappy but it fits good and it's shiney! team it up with a knock off greddy type-s and you're set.
