2G Is my engine fixable or is it done?

So on Monday at the dyno I spun 2 rod bearings( 1&4).
So now I'm on the process of disassembly and now am noticing more stuff.
This is why you don't buy a used motor that is already built

So for starters I found a piece of the baffle jammed inside my head that broke off my valve cover.
Then I pull the head making sure the block and head are at tdc even with the tool holding the cam gears at tdc and find that valves on cylinder 2& 3 are open
So here are some picture and if anyone has any advice on what to do next(rebuild this motor or use a different one)

If the crank is not to bad just rebuild it and now you can do everything you want while you build it back up.

It's at the machine shop now to check it out. If all is fixable I'll be rebuilding it.

in the future you should always go threw the engine when you buy used no matter what the previous owner says was done.

Yeah I should have known better.

Just build that one it doesn't appear to be beyond building. If you buy another you will end up building that one right, when you do it yourself there's no doubt as to what has been done to it or what is in it after it is assembled because you will know what you put in it. Just my .02
