Mines looked worse then that and I only put 3400k miles on it. My disc is getting fried from slipping due to the fork engaging the tob on high revs.
Yours look okay. What's the milage on it???

About 20k I think? Has been abused.

Woops. Lost my dam post... haha wow

Yeah, it's fine. The discoloration is from the surface heating up, completely normal. As long as there aren't any fine stress cracks then it's good to go back on the car. :)

It appears to be fine. Put a straight edge or a long ruler on it to check if it is warped. As a clutch pressure plate wears, it warps inwards towards the center. Since it has been abused, check for cracks too.

That looks fine. Ive seen some so much worse off than that.

I would defintely recommend against resurfacing the face of the pressure plate. It will alter the geometry and you will lose holding capacity of the clutch. It's the same reason why you never resurface the flywheel without taking the same amount of material off of the "feet". If the pressure plate is trashed, replace it.

BTW, the one in the picture looks just fine.
