Is it supposed to do this?

if im cruzing along at about 3k RPMs and then let off the gas(in lets say 3rd) itll like stutter and be like this wierd sound like a "wu wu wu" every time it stutters...the guy told me it is because of the transfer case, and they all do that. Is he wrong?

my car kind of does this, i dont know what a wu wu wu is exactly, it could just be the car using gears to slow down.
doesnt sound transfer case related, but more likely carrier bearing related.
could be a exhuast leak as well, my car has one, could be the rear diff for that matter.

buck, i totally agree.
lets see morning, you get a nice fart from the idle surge and exhuat leak, followed by nice ticking lifters.
interior rattles worse that my aerosol paint cans.
oh ya and my exhuast rattles, but only when i make sharp left hand turns. .
the noises always scare the living crap out of me, i hear some abnormal road noise im prepared for my transfer case to fail on me

yea i loved it last night when i was at the car show, and one guy wanted ot hear my new muffler...i think he heard my loud lifters over my freakin muffler
