Is it OK to unplug MAS, cause now my car won't start

it only plugs in one way, it's not upside down

Have no idea what your problem could be. Had my MAS unplugged hundreds of times when working on the car, and never had a problem starting. All I can say is check stuff over. You didn't by chance drop it and have something possibly crack or break, not saying you did.

Take a deep breath and think back to what else you unplugged. I'm sure something else isnt hooked up right because I have unplugged mine with no problems. Good luck.

Now that I think about it one of my spare rims were standing next to the entire intake (w/MAS), then it fell over on top of it. It didn't seem to fall really hard on it though. I would of been concerned if I thought it was a problem

I've got a few 1g's MAF's laying around in good shape if you need one. $20.

These guys are pulling your chain, you can un-plug that connector a million times (how are you going to clean/change your air filter?) without any problems... you did something else.

Well I just don't know whats wrong with it. Does anyone have a 2nd gen MAS laying around that they could let me try out or sell cheap (because it might not be that)???

FYI, the car should crank even without the MAS. ECU goes to limp mode and only rev to about 3000 rpm. (pig rich also.) I would check the MAS, clean it real good and reinstall it.

check the tiny wire in the mas. maybe it broke when the tire fell on it.

You are never going to believe this. It happened because of a bad spark plug and a frozen optima battery. So it is fixed and I am happy, thanks for all the help
