Having an Intermittent code 13. Which yall probably knwo is an IAT sensor code. I have a dejon pipe with 2g maf and quick connector. When the code is thrown the car runs like crap, but then right when I let off the gas and the check engine light will go off and the car will run better. Then all the sudden it will happen again. Doesnt happen all the time, and usually starts after I do a WOT pull.

The problem i'm having, though, with testing the sensor is that in the Chilton manual says to test the resistance between pin 6 and 8 and it should read:

5.3-6.7 kilo ohms at 32 degree F
2.3-3.0 kilo ohms at 68 degree F
0.30-0.42 kilo ohms at 176 degree F

BUT there is no pin 8, there are only 7 pins on the 2g MAF sensor? The wires seem fine, ill have to check them again. I just dont understand why there are only 7 pins and the manual says there are 8!

48 people have read it and no one knows?

Correct me if I am wrong but, the first pin is a blank and starts out with pin in slot 2 as pin 1. (my daughter is out driving the talon and it has the 2g connector in it so, cannot recalled 100%) when she gets back, I will get with you on that but you know how teenage girls are.....
