iat reading -75 code 13 help!

I need some help. My logger is showing me a reading of -75 degrees. I have tried regrounding this under the hood and it didn't work. I have had this reading with my stock 1g maf and now I have a 3" gm maf installed and I get the same reading. My ecu is throwing code 13. Any ideas?

Fixed it. Found out for some reason part of my wire was missing by the clip. It was still covered by the insulator but there was about half an inch gap missing wire.
