Intercooler piping boost leak help

so this problem happened before and i fixed it but now its pissing me off

the hose is cut in the middle for a piece of metal with a welded on turboxs blow off valve to go on.. then the rest of hose it curved

well i put the hose back on and tightened it so it wont move.. i can rev as much as a want and no sign of the hose falling off

but once i build boost driving on it the hose shoots right off..

im only running 11 pounds..

i bought 4 new clamps too ..

You'll need to bead the pipe. You can use a vice grips to do it, I'll try to find the instructions but they are somewhere one Road///Race Engineering Mitsubishi Eclipse Parts and Performance

Edit: I lied, a vice grips only works on small pipes but here is the article and suggestions for beading larger pipes. Beaded Ends on I/C Pipes

Try using tbolt clamps instead of regular worm clamps

You can always use the hairspray trick.

Is your IC piping aluminum or steel? Does the coupler have any physical damage?
I also second the recommendation for t-bolt clamps. They're the only way to go.

And as for the hairspray trick - copper spray also works well for those of you lucky guys that don't live with a woman and her bathroom full of care products.

clean it up real good and do the hairspray trick, and get some good t-bolt clamps and see if that helps,

P.S. if you can do what the_mork told you do that too

Just take the pipe off and weld some bead around the end of it. It's the same as beading the pipe.
