I am installing some arp heads studs right now and the holes seem to have some oil a little bit of dirt and was wondering how do i clean it?
Just stick a piece of cloth in there and let it absorb the oil or what?
Thanks :dsm:

spray brake clean in to break everything loose and then us a air hose and blower nasal and blow it out.

the proper way to clean it out is to chase the threads..

and PLEASE use the moly lube supplied to you via ARP. this way you only have to torque to 85 lbs.. instead of 110 with heavy weight oil

I just ordered some ARP head studs, so I haven't received them yet. But, they supply you with oil with your head studs? Or do you have to buy that separately?
