installing mbc

alright i was just wondering if i have my setup wrong. i have my dual stage mbc which goes from low to hi settings with a flip of the switch. k from the mbc do i run the hose straight to the wastegate acuator or do i need to T it off and set it up to the stock unit (the part with the hose that goes to the intake as well) anyone know cus i cant seem to build boost at all... it doesnt even make it to 0 on the boost gauge. stays in the vaccum part?

when i installed the greddy profec b spec 2 i had the same problem. I followed the instructions on the faq for the manual boost control installation, in the instructions it says to plug the hole on the intake pipe, disconnect the two vacume lines on the stock boost soleniod, and plug the hole on the compressor casing. than run your lines from your new solenoid one to the wastegate, the other to the bov. I hope that helps man

It's really quite simple, pressure source to MBC, MBC to wastegate. If it doesn't work like that then flip the MBC around.
