just wandering if any of you guys have every replaced this bushing? i'm swapping to a p.i. high stall and dont want to take any chances letting a $10 bushing ruin a $600 torque converter

My advise is to leave the bushing alone. You would need special tools to change it like a pump alignment strap and a bushing driver set.

The pump bushings are usually good in these units as long as your old converter hub looks decent.

PS What PI converter is $600?
