hey guys i am going to be installing a inline 255lph fuel pump. my question is on location. i was thinking of putting it in the engine bay but for optimal performance of the pump should i put it close to the fuel rail or close to my fuel tank? i already have an intake 255 fuel pump i am just upping the fuel system.

Just mount it on the firewall after the filter, before the rail. A lot of people have good luck with this.

I like the ease of access you have when it's located in the engine bay, also it would be very obvious if you had any fuel leaks.

Good luck!
