Which injectors would be a good choice for an HTA68 or an Evo 3 16G. From what I've read 1,000 cc would be good although I would like to be able to use E-85 if we ever get it around this neck of the woods.

I went with 850's, for mine, but I don't have an E85 pump within 75 miles, so I'm running for pump or sunoco. If you have a way to control them, and you want to keep your options open as far as E85, go with as big as you can control, 1650's or 1250's is what I'd go with, but i'm going to be running linkv3

FIC 1450s or the high Z 2150s. The 1450s (as I plan on running on my 16g) should be enough to max out that turbo.

1450s (standards) are the biggest you want to go or you wont be able to tune it with out the easy tune box. The FIC high Z injectors dont use a driver box as they have there own built in driver per injector so you can run them on a 300hp or 1000HP motor and idle the same. The high Z injectors are very nice and idle great and easy to tune but you will pay close to $800 for a set. If money was no concern I would go right to the 2150s and never look back.

I feel like go high or go home with injectors..Why upgrade 3 time when you could just have spent money and gotten very large injectors..

Unless you know what your goal is. I've seen people get huge injectors, realize they were going to be running a pump/race gas build because E85 on a large turbo requires a large fuel system...lines, pumps, fpr, etc.. basically a grand or two in fuel system requirements to run E85. Even with v3 they had to ditch them for something smaller because the big injectors couldn't be tuned very precisely for pump gas needs.

At some point you have to ask yourself where you are going with your car, instead of just going for the biggest you can afford/possibly run. That said, LOL, I think you should go with the biggest injectors you think you'll EVER NEED and CAN TUNE.

If you doubt me I can direct you to a member in just that position, wanted to run E85, bought huge injectors then decided that spending thousands to get the E85 to those injectors was a bit silly, when he could run pump/race gas. He tried to run pump gas through the same injectors, and had to swap them for smaller ones because he couldn't get them tuned, it was like tuning a garden hose. That was with Dsmlink V3, tuned by Lucas English.

OP. Make sure you know what kind of fuel you want to run, and build accordingly

my STi had 1200cc injectors on e85 and max boost was at 28psi and i had it tuned for 22psi at 83% idc on WOT, i couldn't see needing much more.

High Zs are the only way to go IMO they tune so easy and idle great the high Z 1000s with a adjustable fpr would be close depending on the e85 mix you get and new there only $450ish or buy the 2150s for $760 and never have to upgrade again

Thanks for all the feedback. I decided to go with FIC 1150 injectors due to price and the fact that it will remain a DD.

I personally think you make the right decision with 1150's. You'll be good for E85 or pump gas, and if you end up going balls out and making it a race car, they're still small enough to resell pretty easily.

Doesnt matter if its a daily or a race car. Personally I would have gone with 1450s as they will perform the exact same way as the 1150s but you wont have to worry about running out of fuel. I have learned you need about twice the injector size using e85 over standard unleaded pump gas.

Unless I'm mistaken, the injectors only need to be around 30-40% bigger for E85.
