im about to blow this pos to peices. need help

My 97 rs (420a) 5 speed. Is having issues at about 65mph the front end shakes and vibrates real bad. I thought Mabye tie rods so I replaced them today (outers). All ball joints and everything looks good and feels fine. With the car jacked up no abnormal movement from side to side or top to bottom. Wheel bearings? Bad rotors? Any ideas guys. I have gsx front breaks on the car.

I thought about tires so I put a different set I had on and same thing. Im at a loss.I still might take to the tire shop Monday and have them checked anyways.

I have a 96 talon awd. So I have a turbo already if it wasn't illegal id wreck the eclipse to make the talon faster.
